Tim Baxter – Climate Change and the Law

Tim Baxter is the Senior Researcher for Climate Solutions at the Climate Council, a non-profit climate advocacy group. Before joining the Climate Council, Tim was a lecturer at the Melbourne Law School where he taught Tort Law.

During our interview, Tim discusses his experience of studying law as a single parent; how the law is being used to address climate change in Australia and internationally; and what his recommended tea is!
